Student life at Holy Family Academy is carefully structured to cultivate the whole person. Unless tomorrow's Catholic leaders are formed in all facets of our Catholic heritage, the renewal of Catholic culture will be impossible.
Prayer and the Sacraments
The encounter with Truth in the classroom can only take place when it coincides with the encounter with the Person Who is Truth at the Altar. Mass and rosary are an important part of the daily schedule. Students also have opportunities for frequent confession.
Music
If the treasury of the Church's sacred music is to be preserved, it must be acquired and cultivated by the younger generations. All upper grade students participate in Santa Familia Cantores, where they not only learn the principles of sacred music, but sing Gregorian Chant and Polyphony for daily Mass.
Drama
All students in the upper grades take performing roles in an annual play. This is the only way students can truly come to appreciate the classics of drama. Some of our past productions include plays written by: Sophocles, Euripides, Shakespeare, Corneille, Wilde, Schiller, Goldsmith, Calderone, and Moliere.
Athletics
Students participate in intra-mural athletics for physical education. We offer the following sports: Cross country, Soccer, Basketball, and Track and Field.
Other Activities
